Error 1008 in the hard disk

Hello, first of all sorry for my not so good language and sry if i miss the right section.. But i need help, my computer its frezzing all the time, i cant do nothing with him.. I did a hd test in the bios, and it gives to me replace disk1 warranty error code 10008... What can i do?

Do i need a new hd?
Or do u know any tyle or trick :$
