Adaptec 3805 with raid dropping from RE4 WD5003ABYX Drives

My four new RE4 WD5003ABYX (FW 01.01S01) falls randomly Adaptec RAID 3805 (latest firmware).Falls to 1.5 GB / s as well. I replaced the cables, and I've tried with the new operating system (win7 32 bits). Nothing helps. How can it be? RE stands for RAID Edition. I had the same problem with desktop units, so he spent the disks of the company. What I can do now, please help?

I find in my TLER RE4 is set to 7 seconds. My ES.2 age is set in 7 seconds and it worked well for years.My three ST3500418AS Barracuda desktop drives (CC35 and CC37 FW) with TLER set to 0 seconds also works very well. Two very old Barracudas 7200.7 ST380817AS never dropped Adaptec RAID with it. An IBM-ESXS MAX3073RC (73 GB, 15k) and SAS disk drives are operational completely. I believe I can say that my controller is not the problem here. Can you imagine how I was surprised to see RE4 falling all the time.

I hope it should be safe to run WDTLER no arguments. Values that should inform any read and write timeouts. Otherwise you could use to capture CrystalDiskInfo unit information block device identified. This data contains the configuration of the unit, including whether it is compatible with CKD.

First go to Edit -> Copy and select the Identify Device. Then go to Edit -> Copy. This will copy the disk information to the clipboard. Then open Notepad or any word processor with the ships of the Windows version, and decide Edit -> Paste to put in the clipboard data. Almost a month and have "verdict" of the support WD WD RE4 WD5003ABYX well, there must be something wrong with Adaptec. But it is strange that every disc I have not tested this driver is working perfectly. Even RE3 old.
