Your PSU is not working properly, if you want to change it than you can do this, its depends upon you. But be sure that you are going to take the new PSU series that is PSU GS700. Since it is the new PSU , it will be better for you to buy it . it will provide good power supply to your computer and for your graphic card also.since , you are using Radeon HD6850, it requires 500W of power, and PSU GS700 give 700W, which is good for your graphic card.

I will suggest you that there is no need to buy a new PSU, which will provide so much of voltage. You are decided to buy PSU GS700, which will provide 700W power. There is no need of that much power of the voltage, it will be costly. Your graphic card Radeon HD6850 will also work with the 500W. So I think there is no need of 700W.but if you are decided to buy PSU GS700, then its fine. It’s up to you; it will not affect your computer. If you want you can change your PSU.
