Go Video won't detect DVD-RW after remove it

Last one year, I have work on the Go Video combo and now there is something problem arriving on this. When I press this DVD-RW, then it won’t detect DVD or compact disk. This is the most critical situation and I really need to solve this problem. After this task I can’t able to replay this disk on the system. After removed this DVD and again put it back then it won't allow reading this disk. This will be not good and I need to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
