I dont know what you are really wanting but you can try to go for the Thanko Silent Mouse which is a quiet decent mouse, though it is available in India or not, I cant say. And for keyboards, you can go with the rubberish kind of, like the Roll-Up Keyboard, which can be folded and wrapped into any bag and it is also dust and moisture proof and you can also choose to connect it from PS/2 only or both USB & PS/2.
