build a hardcore gaming rig @ $2000 or Rs. 90000

Hi friends,
I am dev and from India. I am a hardcore gamer and I want to upgrade my rig. Can you people assist me to build one which can easily crush any high-demanding PC Games such as Crysis, Crysis 2, Metro 2033, Bulletstorm, etc and which can be a future proof i.e. which can be a long lasting rig on the top of the list.

My budget is around $2000 or Rs 90000 - 100000.
