MK320 keyboard hot keys not working

Today I purchase a MK320 and mouse and keyboard combo. The keyboard and mouse both are working fine for me, but the hotkeys are not working properly. I plugged it into my dad’s workstation and the whole thing worked properly. Previous to I got this I had installed the EX100 wireless mouse and keyboard. So is that my difficulty? So how would I solve this please give some suggestion. I used window 7,64bit.

The keyboard is straight running rotten of the HID Drivers. You have to do the some simple steps as follow for refresh the HID driver.

• Go into the Device Manager
• Then find the Keyboard and Mouse entries and uninstall it.
• First unplug the receiver and then plug it into a another port
• Again connect the devices and examine the hot keys

If refreshing the HID driver did not do the trick, then the problem is not among the HID drivers. The device works on another workstation, but on yours it does not synchronize up.

• Does a window identify the receiver at what time you plug it into the USB port?
• I think you have to try multiple ports on your machine.
• Do any other mice and keyboards work on your processor?
• You can try the link in a Clean Boot state.

I also have the similar difficulty, on windows 7 64bit ultimate - the media keys do not work except the function is in center, which defeats the whole purpose of having the media keys. I just some time before purchased this keyboard (do not use the mouse) and I am previously starting to hate the keyboard and feel sorry buying it - if this kind of crap is going to start. All I actually wish for to work is the hotkeys for the media player that is the major reason I got it.

If you know something about this kind of problem or you have some hardware knowledge then you can try some tips otherwise as you said you just purchase it so may be possible you do some mistake in settings so please check it properly if your problem solve then nice otherwise you can call your service provider they can solve your problem because they faced almost daily this kind of problem. Or replace it and buy any other keyboard and mouse.
