NVIDIA 580 SLI for 5760x1080 3D or GTX 570 3-way SLI

Hello friend, I recently bought three Acer GD245HQ 1920x1080 LCD 120Hz + Nvidia 3D Vision Kit. I am moving to Nvidia ATI HD4870x2. require help deciding what setup I should get. Is it better to 3-Way SLI GTX 570 or GTX 580 SLI may be 3-way? I heard the GTX 580 3-Way SLI will be more pricey. Right now my spec is a sign but rapidly upgraded to Sandy Bridge at what time it becomes available in mid Jan'11. Please give your suggestion. It will help me to take decision.

As per your question I would like to say that you will require Dual cards since Nvidia (Unlike ATI) does not hold running three displays off of one card. I just acquired a 580 GTX last evening as an upgrade from my aged 5870's running my eyefinity arrangement. I have to wait nearly around next year approximately tax time to get my next card to go back to using the entire three of my monitors. I hope this will help you to take your better decision.

I personally would go for the 2xGTX580 alternative since you get additional VRAM which you will require running the 3 monitor resolution. 2 GeForce GTX 580's is too sufficient to handle 5760x1080. I can drive my configuration at 7680x1600 in just about each game accumulate for Metro 2033 and possibly Crysis. I have not tried the latter. In the interest of charge savings you would possibly be fine among dual GeForce GTX 570's.

Thank you for your answers. Your suggestion helps me a lot to take decision. And I decided to set out with 2x 580 just for the reason that of VRAM and one more things; I read anywhere that 3-way SLI scale poorly in 3D Vision envelop. Is it right? Is there anybody using this type of setup at this time? If yes so please give me some better suggestion about that. I hope you will provide the reply on this topic for my better knowledge.

I do not have special knowledge with 3-Way SLI and Fermi based GPUs. On the other hand I have had 3-Way SLI setups in my workstation since they primary became accessible with the 8800GTX's. I had 3-Way GeForce GTX 280's also. Through SLI, 3-Way SLI and Quad-SLI the extra belongings change the more they stay the similar in my knowledge. It not at all has scaled fine.
