Unable to get Print Screen function "PrtScn" to work no matter what I do. Have tried switching Function Lock on and off and combining with Shift, Alt Alt Gr and Control - but doesn't work - no ms documentation to help.

The behavior that you have discussed may occur if the keyboard is equipped with an F LOCK toggle key, and the F LOCK key has been turned on. The F LOCK key toggles the alternate function keys. An alternate function key is a key that has two possible commands depending on the F LOCK toggle key state. To work around this behavior, press the F LOCK key. The F LOCK key switches between the standard function key commands and the Microsoft keyboard enhanced command.

If you read my message you will see that I have already tried switching the F Lock Key - it doesn't work.

If you are getting any issue with the Key on the Microsoft Wireless Keyboard then it might be possible that the key become faulty and that is why this is not working but before coming to any result i would like you to install the latest driver for the Microsoft Wireless Keyboard which might correct the issue with the same. So try this out and see this is working for you or not.
