Program to disable CTRL-ALT-DEL keyboard sequence for public user

I'm working as a PC Support Engineer in a public library and our IT section presently bought several Acer Aspires that are running Windows 7. Windows 7 seems to work enormously for the majority softwares that we require to install to provide as public list stations....other than standard keyboard overriding program is not working appropriately. This overriding program is proposed to chunk certain keystrokes (anything like Windows key or Ctrl-Alt-Del). Actually it works well for all options apart from Ctrl-Alt-Del.

I have one more way by which you can disable the keystrokes of your windows 7 operating system. But make sure that changing the values in the windows registry may harm your operating system in anyway. Go to the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\. Here you have to change the value of an "AutoAdminLogon" to "2" which will totally disable the CTRL+ALT+DEL functionality. Still by some mean, If you want to open the Task Manager then you can open it by CTRL+SHIFT+ESC.
