HP c5380 printer wont print publisher docs (vista)

Hi all,

I am having problems with my printer, HP c5380 all-in-one It was working absoultely fine, have had it over a year and use it daily (work from home) and all of a sudden it wont print my microsoft office publisher documents. It is still printing word and other documents with no trouble.

When I go to print a publisher doc it says: "Spooler SubSystem App has stopped working"

It print about 1/8th of the document before this error comes up. Please help I have no idea what any of this means!

If you are getting the error while trying to print the Microsoft Publisher file then you have to go through the below given instruction which will help you to resolve the issue and allow you to print through the HP printer.

• Click on Start
• Go to Control Panel
• Go to Programs and Features
• Click on "Turn Windows features on or off"
• Click + Sign of Print services
• Now select LPD and LPR.
• Remove the Internet Printing Client
• Reboot your system

If the above solution is not working for you then you have to install the latest printer driver to your system. Just go to the manufacturer site and download and install the latest driver for your printer.
