    HID keyboard is not working

I recently purchased a USB keyboard. When I connect to the PC is seen as "USB-compliant keyboard and Windows Update does not find any drivers. The same keyboard on other computers is seen as "HID Keyboard" and it works correctly. If I go into property 'of the keyboard driver in the system on which the object is recognized as "USB-compliant keyboard" known that the identification string and keyboard' prefixed with USB. So please help me what to do in order to get the proper solution for this.

    Reinstall "in place":
    • The update should be run from the operating system.
    • Start Windows normally.
    • Insert the Windows 7 DVD optical drive and run setup.
    • Choose how to install "update".
    • Will not be affected programs and data.
    • All system files are overwritten.
    • After the last restart go to Windows Update and install important updates and critical.

In this I am also going through the same issue and the solution which you have given over here I have already 'made several tests: I have check this with another keyboard like this (same problem, is recognized as a USB Keyboard HID Keyboard), verify the presence and function' of the service and do a sfc / scan now to check the integrity 'of system files (all ok), compare the registry of a system in which the same are recognized as a HID keyboard with one that does not recognize them, and I have found apparent differences. So please if you guys have any proper solution for this then help me.

There is one solution for this issue but regarding this I am not sure that whether this will help you or not. But you just give a try to this I am sure that this will help you. In this you follow this: Start> All Programs> Accessories, right-click on "Command Prompt" and choose "Run as administrator". In the window type: sfc / scannow and enter. Let finish, close the Command Prompt window and reboot.
