Best Color Laser printer for printing Graphics and Photos under $500

My office is looking for a color laser printer which is capable of printing graphics and photos perfect. Someone told me that the Color Laser printer will not beat inkjet printer. I don’t think it is cannot be possible. We already own a canon inkjet printer and they can capable of printing graphics excellently only when I use canon paper and ink. When I use some laser type paper it cannot print properly furthermore. I saw one Kinko’s printer and they can print without sleeping the ink through. Now I am looking for a similar kind of paper that can be capable of High quality laser color printing. The main priorities for my printer are it should not cost greater than $500 and the toner cost must be low. Is there any model of printer that can fulfill our needs? I hope that someone might have come with the better model. So please suggest me. Thanks in advance for any kind of information.
