HDD: Western Digital 1TB SATA Green Power at Rs.3410 approx
Graphics: 1GB FX GeForce 9800 GT at Rs.5626 approx
Monitor: BenQ E2220HD 22 inch at Rs.8187 approx
Cabinet: iBall Entizer at Rs. 1026 approx
SMPS: 600W Cooler Master Extreme Power atRs.3669 approx

ODD: DVD Writer Sony SATA 24X at Rs.1000 approx
KB/Mouse: Microsoft USB Desktop 600 at Rs.717 approx
UPS: 650VA APC at Rs.2840 approx
I am not going to do overclocking. Will make use of Windows 7.I will be using the Rig mainly for Gaming such as Crysis, Assassin's Creed 2, Prototype, Starcraft 2, BioShock, so on and so forth, music and movies.
    Well my Questions are:
Will my SMPS support this configuration happily or else do I require a better one?
Will the 650VA UPS suffice for a few minutes of backup?Any suggestions are welcome, however please attempt as well as keep it in the 50K budget.

I have several suggestions for you:
Suggestion 1 - Change SMPS on the way to Corsair VX450W at 3.7k CM extreme is extremely awful
Suggestion 2 - Change HDD to Westerndigital blue 1 TB at same price (green is 5400RPM drive)
Suggestion 3 - Change cabinet to Zebronics Bijli at 1.2k (without SMPS)
Suggestion 4 - Change keyboard mouse to Logitech combo at o .7k
Suggestion 5 - No require of the sound card

I think that rig is not fine at all! But anyhow,I am telling a configuration which will lash out a number of serious ass.
    Athlon II X4 635 2.9GHz at 4.8k
    Gigabyte 785 GMT-US2H at 4.5k
    Corsair 2*2GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 at 5.2k
Cooler Master Elite 430 at 2.7k
    Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 at 1TB 3.6k
    LG 22x DVD at 1.1k
    Dell S2209W at 8.5k
    Corsair VX450 at 3.7k
    MSI HD5850 1GB GDDR5 at 16.7k
Logitech Keyboard Mouse Combo at 0.7k
    Sennheiser HD201 Headphone at 1.2k
TOTAL =52.7k. I suggested you a superior headphone as a substitute of a crappy budget speaker system.

50k is not a big amount as you are building gaming PC, It is the budget wherever public is purchasing gaming PC the majority of the times. You presently require a little small piece of alteration:
    Athlon II X4 635 2.9GHz at 4.9k approximately
    ECS A885GM-A2 at 4.9k approximately
    Kingston 2 X 2 GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 at 4.6k approximately
    NZXT Gamma at 2k approximately
Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000 at 1.1k approximately
    Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB at 3.4k approximately
LG 22x DVD at 1.1k approximately
BenQ 22" G2220 FULL HD LCD Monitor at 7.5k approximately
    Corsair VX450W at 3.8k approximately
    VTX3D HD5850 1GB GDDR5 at 15.2k or Palit GTX 460 1GB GDDR5 SONIC at 14.5k approximately
Total comes to 47k.If you desire on the way to decrease the price by going for a GT 460 768 MB at 12.4k. But there are performance difference between the 768 MB and 1 GB version.

Re: Buying Assembled Rig is this is good configuration!

I am also planning on the way to purchase an Assembled Rig in 2-3 months in Bangalore. Subsequent to about 2 weeks of "Research" as well as plenty of help from the Forum, I have come up by means of the following configuration. (prices included):
    Athlon II X4 635 2.9GHz - Rs.4675
    GigaByte ATI 785G Chipset MA785GM-US2H - Rs.4394
    2 GB Kingston DDR3 1333MHz x 2 - Rs.4572
    Seagate SATA 1 TB 32 MB Cache - Rs.3410
    ATI Radeon HD5850 1 GB - Rs.16011
    BenQ G2220HD 22 inch - Rs.7179
    NZXT Gamma - Rs.2200
    Corsair VX550W - Rs.3536
    Altec Lansing VS4121 - Rs.2829
    Microsoft Comfort Curved - Rs.918
    UPS: APC 1100VA BR1100CI-IN - Rs.4428
My main worry is a 60K Budget - (The above rig comes to around 58000 (incl. tax) in Bangalore).
