New PC - which is better essembled or branded

I wish to go for a new PC. My Budget is around Rs 25,000 - 30,000. Please advice me the best configuration and also the best components (company). Also I have dilemma. Whether I have to go for essembled one or branded? Give your opinion. If branded one - which company brand you prefer? Thanks for the reply - well in advance

Well, both are better at one stage. If you want to go with branded than go with Dell CPs.. They are best in performance. And if you want to assemble than have Core i5 processor, 320GB sata hard disk, 2 GB ram and gigabyte mother board. You can have this within 28000 with LCD monitor.
