i like hear fm...because it is dynamic than playing only songs from system(also i don't like onlne radio station may consume high bandwidth)...also i need to receive from local station ...so any suggestion for hardware and drivers....internal hardware preferred.....

Yes there is a AM/FM tuner cards available in the market which can go with. This is internal card which you can install onto your motherboard to get all channel. It uses the PCI interface for same. This come up with the Remote controller with which you can control the Radio. This card supports the Windows XP and earlier version. I have got one on Ebay but as external liking is not allowed i can not post the link for same. Look for the UltraTV PCI 350 and purchase one which you liked the most.
