usable emachine parts

I am thinking about building a new computer. I have a emachine w5243 w/a fried mobo and p/o. what parts can I salvage from the machine?

lol, how did your motherboard and processor fry mate? Anyways, you can take out parts like ram, power supply, any pci card or graphics card from the motherboard and check whether it is working or not by connecting it to similar kind of mobo that you were having that got fried. Apart from that if you have installed anything seperately on the motherboard, like a sound card or something, then even check that too.
