Dell Studio XPS 8100 issue

I have a Desktop that is Dell Studio XPS 8100 and it is been installed with Windows 7. the problem is that I am not able to work well with the system. I do not know what could have caused the issue. I have no idea for the same. While playing Warcraft 2 I get a glitch issue. Please help me out for the same. It will be better.
