SSD vs. 10000 rpm hard drive

I am looking to change my hard drive, there are two options in front of me whether to go for ssd or 10000 rpm hard drive,i would like to use it for the gaming purpose only, there is not need for much space for storage,so please any one let me know how to maximize the PC boots/access data speed, which drives among this will be more preferable.

The question which you have for the hard drive which you want to select for your pc among the SSD and 10000 rpm hard drive, so i would like to inform you that ssd dont have the moving parts, if you want your pc for more games then you may go for 2 80GB drives,as per the performance level the drives of 32 and 80 would be more preferable.

The ssd drives use non-volatile NAND flash memory, these drives are faster in reading and writing data, SSDs are also much more expensive than their hard-disk drive (HDD).SSD gives you a very noticeable performance boost. The cheapest 120GB SSDs are going to be around $300.

For the ssd the os drive performance does not much differ, the boot times and the applications load faster, the ssd have flash memory so they barely warm up, the hdd makes lot of noise when the small files are accessed as they have the moving parts ,whereas the ssd do not make noise, the performance of HDD's are very far behind the ssd.

The both kind of drives have good speed, but ssd has more speed when it works with the small files, the cheaper SSDs do not have more speed than hdd,SSD of 60 GB or 100 GB can be used for all of your programs, and a separate larger HDD to store your personal files.
