As per my knowledge the difference between 32bit and 64 bit is that with 32bit you can add RAM upto 4GB and with 64 bit you can add RAM upto 8GB. Again as you are asking which one should you way, it mostly depend what type of program you run. If you are running such program will may need more memory then go for 64bit otherwise 32 is even fine. If you have extra crash then get 64bit.

32mb vs 64mb the difference is between the rate at which it "writes" your data. This means that how fast it will copy and retrieve and send data from your computer to hard drive. As you are purchasing large size hdd of 1tb, i will suggest you to have the 64mb as this will write your data twice faster than 32mb. If you are using it for small program and copy small file than go for 32mb but you are buying terabyte so you must be using it for large program the my suggestion you to buy 64mb hdd.

If you have extra cache in your hard disk is always nice. But i will never pay that much because the real performance is minimal as it suppose to be. Disk revolution per minute has a much more direct effect on speed. And your system configuration look nice. If you like to do any gaming then i would suggest you to have Radeon HD 5770 video card will make a nice edition to your system.

I am having Samsung f3, trust me I am using from last to month and I do not have any problem with it, it is too fast. It’s specification are
    Spindle Speed: 7,200RPM
    Formatted Capacity: 931.51GB
    Platter Size: 2 x 500GB
    Cache Size: 32MB
It is as quick as RAID 0 setup or the latest WD raptors. The windows start up is too fast.

32mb or 64mb are not related to the speed of writing the difference is the memory cache of the hdd. The cache stores the info temporarily and it is like a buffer overrun protection. I think 32mb is fine. You can have any one of this model:
    1) Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
    2) Western Digital Caviar Green WD10EARS 1TB 5400 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
If you want great performance for gaming you can have an SSD hard drive and use one storage. This will greatly increase your performance.
