troubleshooting TRUST FF380 FORCE FEEDBACK RACE MASTER

Hi friends. I brought a new steering-wheel of TRUST FF380 FORCE FEEDBACK RACE MASTER. I have installed the driver in my computer, I am using windows xp. When I connect my USB connector to computer it slow down my computer. I mostly played Need for speed, Midtown madness, crazy taxi. I have also tried installing latest driver but it wont work. Does any one having solution to this problem?

I have the same problem and I think the problem is with the driver. I am using the latest driver for it. I got the following result the different game.
Need for speed: Works between 80+ and 100fps(800x600)
Midnight Club: 75 fps but dropped to 30fps with USB connected
All this are due to bad driver , we can just hope for new one.

Hi.. Me too facing the same problem. I even agree the problem may be due to the driver. But the TRUST people says that to get rid of this problem you need to uninstall the USB printer and then install the driver. After this again reinstall the USB printer. And this is true that TRUST products do not support all the games.

Even I am using TRUST product and it is very bad experience with this product. The TRUST support should send a proper solution to this problem. All this create a bad image on customer. They can more to hundred or other products. It is very difficult to built a good customer image but very easy to lose it. I found a community where they have the same problem . We can for any new good product coming in the market soon.

I use Starring-wheel a week without drivers, as it is recognized by windows xp. It is working fine and I played Formula1, need for speed. After few days I downloaded driver for it and installed it. From that the problem starts. Many games are not supported. It uses too much cpu power and it slows down my computer. So, I think the problem is with the driver only.
