Hello Friends
I bought a Compaq Presario F739AU last month but now my CD ROM is not working can any one please help me how can I solve this problem? I will be very thanks full to you.......

Don't worry Just go to customer service center and tell about your problem, they will rectify it without any cost because you are in warranty period, you will not charge for the servicing within one year. You may also consult with the HP Custer Care through telephone on Live Chatting from their official web sites.

Hey friend, Go to the "Manage" option then "Device Manager" option of your laptop by right click on My Computer Icon which is in your Desktop. A box will appear , chose your device where the problem is from a list and then click on "manage it" option or "manage" option. It will take few minute after completion the system will ask for Reboot. And after reboot it will works.

You may also try to rectify your problem by using lance cleaner because some times for dust CD ROM will also not working, by clearing that one it can work. And if it not working still now then you have to replace your lance or CD ROM drive I having this problem,but now i cleaned my lance and it's working now. Try it.....

Otherwise you can try once by format your laptop. Remember that the Model no you will provide in the site that will be correct,because all the supports and services are separate for individual product.
