WLED IPS monitor?

I want to ask you guys that does IPS monitor with WLED backlight have released yet? I guess WLED would be cheaper then that of CCFL. I was having TN with CCFL, and now i am having TN with WLED. Can you guys share some knowledge about WLED IPS monitor.

Advantage:
1. IPS – rich in colour
2. Versatile monitor stand
3. Cheaper than LED Samsung
Disadvantage:
1. None LED back-light
2. IPS – slow response

And if Samsung then,
Advantage:
1. LED back-light
2. TN – fast response
Disadvantage:
1. Fixed monitor stand
2. None IPS
3. More expensive than Dell IPS
