Problem with sound on a DELL PC

Hello,
I have a problem on my Dell pc, there is a sound card soundmax integrated digital audio drivers are installed and seem to work and yet it is unnecessary to sound out the PC. When I want to update drivers it says I have the latest drivers, and they work. What should I do now? Thank you.

Ok I am willing to follow your instructions. What is the jack of HP? I guess you speak of loudspeakers. In fact I have no speakers or external speakers. But it seems that it should not prevent a sound output. However the sound on when you plug headphones so maybe he should absolutely loudspeakers? Even I do have a similar kind of a problem. I have a computer desktop optiplex GX 270 DELL. I checked the bios sound is enabled and in the panel config enabled and everything seems to seems to work correctly except the sound. Please help me with this. thank you.

You need absolutely the speakers if you can not not hear the sound! (As a hi-fi without speakers: it reads well as CDs but you hear nothing and you hear something QQE by plugging a headset ...). For the choice of HP, you have everything from 10 to 100 euros! It depends on what you want to do. But I myself buy a Dell PC a few years ago and the speakers were delivered by default.
