    need help in selecting a new psu

    hi guys i am new in forums.techarena.in...i wanted a help in selecting a new psu..
    i am totally confused between these to psu
    corsair cx400(400w) and silverstone st50f(500w)
    please help me guys
    which one is better and which one is more reliable and safe

    Honestly speaking I have not seen anyone who is using silverstone st50f(500w) and so I think its better to avoid this PSU. You can definitely go with Corsair CX400. The company is quiet reliable and have good products. Are you into gaming or photo editing? Then I would recommend to have 500W psu.

    i am looking a new psu under 2.8k and i stay in india and the cosair vx450 costs around 3.5k and the silverston for 2.8k and provides 50w more than corsair...and i am into gaming so please help me with the silverstone psu...

    i had a look at the vip ones but they seem to be weak...i already have a vip psu which is of 300w which came with my case...i am running a 9800gt on it...will be upgrading to a gtx 460 later...i was looking forward for the silverston st50f...it seems to b great so any help would be good

    someone please help me
