Canon PIXMA MP250 not able to scan

I use a Canon PIXMA MP250 all in one printer and the thing is that it is not able to get scan well. It do not scan the copy and the problem is that I am not able to work well. I have no idea for the thing which will be able to get the desired thing. It is necessary that is able to function well for the device. I use desktop and use Windows Vista under the system. Hope to get a better solution.

It could be that the cable where you have connected may have caused the problem. The problem could be solved well that is by getting the cable connected to other port.
