Bugcode_usb_driver issue with bluescreen under Windows 7

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. The problem is that I have no idea for the thing that is needed which will be better for you. I get a bluescreen problem and the issue also related with bugcode_usb_driver. I have not plugged anything to the system still I get the issue. I have no idea for the thing. Please help me out so that I can make the thing to work and process.
