HP Designjet 500 - System Error 21:10

I am having trouble configuring my HP Designjet 500 plotter. After installing the drivers, the procedure for setting up the paper goes smoothly, but when I run the test print, this message appears on the printer: SYSTEM ERROR 21:10, and nothing prints. Please show me the way to solve this problem. hoping some needful help from your side as soon as possible.

Before anything, check that the firmware is up to date :

1. Turn the printer off and back on 5 minutes to recreate the error message.
2. If the error reappears, continue with the remaining steps.
3. Turn the printer off and unplug the cable to transfer data (parallel and / or network), leaving the power cable connected.
4. Turn the printer: if the error appears again to continue with the next steps. If there is no error, go to the section below "Checking the functionality of the printer.
5. Check all connections: "Interconnect PCA, electronic modules, etc".
6. If the error persists, replace the front panel (C7769-60161).
7. Following replacement, verify functionality. If problems persist:
8. Replace the interconnect PCA (C7769-60385) and cable PCA (C7770-60267).
9. Following replacement, attempt to verify functionality. If problems persist:

I would recommend you to check the functionality of the printer. The following steps will help you to check the functionality of the printer :

1. Turn the printer.
2. Load media in the printer.
3. On the main panel, select "Ink menu and press" ENTER ".
4. Select "Troubleshooting" and press "ENTER".
5. Follow the instructions on the front panel.

Try to follow the steps mentioned below :

1. Turn the printer off, then one to verify error. If no error Attempt to verify Functionality.
2. If the error Problems Persist Appears gold, continues with the remaining steps.
3. Follow the steps below Directly to unlock the Carriage from the Service Station :
   
   • Highlight the Set-Up menu and press the ENTER button.
   • Press the UP arrow and ENTER buttons and press the phrasal ENTER button.
   • Highlight Service Utilities and press the ENTER button.
   • Highlight Unlock and press the Carriage ENTER button.
   • Unplug the power cord from the printer.
4. Manually move the Carriage assembly out from the Service Station area and check for obstructions (remove as needed).

In HP Designjet 500, if you are getting then it means that a problem has been detected with the Service Station assembly. To resolve this error, turn your printer off and allocate a few minutes for printer to chill. I got this resolution from site of HP.
