Logitech Illuminated Keyboard unusable to enter BIOS prior to normal boot

I am having an issue with the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard which is unable to get into the BIOS. When i am booting up my computer at that keyboard does not work till the BIOS option screen will get passed. Later on it starts working but before that it is not working. So if you have any solution of it then let me know about it. Thanks in advance.

As per your problem it is seems that you keyboard is unable to start at the time of the boot of the computer except for one minutes that is why you are unable to work with the same. Have you connected any other keyboard and checked about the same. If it is then the problem is with the keyboard and need to fix it.

I did the same as you have said me to do. I have connected the other keyboard to the system of mine and booted with the same and let me tell you that it is working all fine without any issue as i was getting with the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard. So i think that the problem is with the keyboard itself. So please let me know how to fix it.

Yes you are right as per your situation it seems to have the issue of the Keyboard which i think can be fixed with the the help of the Logitech Customer support only. So call them up and asked about your query if it is product fault then ask then to replace it with the new one if you are under the warranty period.

I have tried this also. I have contacted them they were like that keyboard requires the full power at the time of boot to get into the BIOS which your system is not allowing and that is why you are unable to get the things working according to you. And they did not help me mopre about the same. If my other keyboard is capable of taking full power from the same system then why not the Logitech one?

The response of the Logitech is little shocking which is completely avoidable from the Logitech end. IF the company like it will not care much about their customer then trust of the customer will be big loss for the company. Logitech has to take step against this issue.

I am aware of the Logitech behavior as i have gone through the lots of the problem with the Logitech product and the response i got in response to my problem with the Logitech. I am not advising anyone one to get the product of the Logitech. So advising to replace the Logitech keyboard with other company which will work fine.
