If your mouse has right click is not an Apple mouse and you need a driver, is it properly adjusted. Talk to your controller. In particular, you must regularly repair the permissions: application> Utilities> Disk Utility, your hard drive> First aid tab, click "Repair Permissions". To do so before and after any software installation.

Alternatively, the preferences of the mouse driver is corrupt. The file should be in the folder Library> Preferences, or in your personal file in Macintosh HD, the file name should contain one driver and end with. This file is trashed. There is a simpler solution to address the problems of preferences, the software preferential treatment that detect the files.

I advise you to follow the following steps:

    -Download the version 4.60 software.
    - Open, initially, the Editor window Base Registry. To do this:
Click 'Start' then 'Run' and enter the command 'regedit' (without the quotes). Click 'OK'.
    - In the window that opens, then go to the following key (the Setpoint software installed on your computer):
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Logitech \ KHAL

    To do this:
    * Click the '+' sign in front of the line 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE'.
    * Click the '+' sign in front of the line 'SOFTWARE'.
    * Click the '+' sign in front of the line 'Logitech'.
    * Click on the folder 'KHAL'.

    - Then check if the value of the entry 'Path' key KHAL (in the right side of the window) is as follows: C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ LogiShrd \ KHAL2

You need to click 'Start' then 'My Computer'.
    * Double-click on the icon of the disk drive where your system is installed (C: usually).
    * Double-click on the directory 'Windows' then the folder 'system32' directory and finally the 'drivers'.
    * Rename the file later in WDF01000.sys WDF01000.old
    * Then close the Setpoint software by clicking the right mouse button on its icon in the Notification Area and selecting the option 'Exit'.
    * Then run the program 'LDPinst.exe' present at this address: C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ LogiShrd \ CDDRV2 \ LDPinst.exe

    - You just finally disconnecting and reconnecting your receiver to another USB port (if possible, an outlet to which it has never been connected) before relaunching the Setpoint software.

You also need to download the graphic file. When the file download window appears, click Save this program to disk (Windows XP users should click on Save), then click OK. The Save In: window appears. In the Save In: field, click the down arrow to select Desktop and click Save. The file will download to your desktop. If the Download Complete dialog box appears, click Close. The file icon appears on your desktop.
