    Changing font on Epson LX-300+

I installed the drivers for my Epson LX 300 + dot matrix printer very correctly. I found the drivers to the site from Epson. But my printer does not print anything other than a few symbols that I do not understand then it ejects the paper. I installed it on three different PCs without success still the same problem. I want to adjust the font for Epson LX-300+. I previously push the font button but it can't work at all. So anyone out there knowing the solution, please provide it to me.!!

Such issues occur mostly due to the incorrect drivers installed in your system for the printer. Uninstall the driver, restart the PC, install the driver again and test. Since this is a dot matrix printer must be in addition to the pilot of small switches to configure, see the manual, maybe the driver for this model is sufficient. If the problem persists consult a station Epson. They can help you since there after sell service is good.

You need to configure your printer manually. There is a default settings and I think that it must be changed. EMULATION you have to make ESC \ P instead of IBM 2380 more. It would be better if you have a look in the user guide will show you how to change the default settings. But are you sure your printer is therefore a matrix with needles and ink ribbon, because there is the stylus 300 inkjet, recheck the reference.

Just switch off your power switch and twist it on once more and then press the paper out button for 3 seconds when you hear 1 beep that is the time you can alter font using the font button switch and desire the font that wants by pressing it. Pressing the Font button (tear off) for a small amount of seconds, the LEDs are lit and you can amend the font, the font depends on the light kit to make the LEDs, and each time summit strain changes in the last part of the manual.

Re: Changing font on Epson LX-300+

The LX-300+ includes a Load/Eject button, which loads or ejects a solitary sheet. It also loads uninterrupted paper from the standby position or feeds it backward to the standby position; it replaces the Paper Park feature on the LX-300. The FONT button is now referred to as the Tear Off button. It still lets you choose one of the printer's built-in fonts all the way through the Micro Adjust mode, plus it advances incessant paper to the tear-off position or feeds continuous paper backward to the top-of-form position. The control panel also features a Paper Out light to let you know when the printer has run out of paper or paper is not loaded acceptably. Additionally, because the LX-300+ has six built-in fonts (instead of four on the LX-300) the Tear Off lights now designate which of the built-in fonts is currently selected.
