INTEXExternal tv tuner card negative colors

Hi,

I am experiencing a problem with my display in my LCD monitor (Samsung 21 inch) while INTEX external TV tuner card.
I am using Airtel DTH conenction.

All the images appear to be a negative of the colors they should be - reds are green and greens are red or pink. Skin tones are green, leaves are pink.

I tried with a CRT and the result is same.

I have checked the TV tuner card with my friend , who is using normal cable connection and a CRT monitor and find it's working fine there.

Please advice.

As your TV tuner card is working fine then it could be the issue with the monitor only that will be having some issue with the display and need to be fixed. The color which you are getting is some time with the internal loose connection of wire. So it is better to call up the Samsung regarding the issue and they will fix the same.
