USB port code 10 error

Hello ... I do not know if I'm on the right topic, so I apologize in advance. So ... I have a concern for over a month with my PC ... I am desperate because this is my working tool. I consulted several computer forums but in vain. The device that receives the memory card from my digital camera does not work ( Device USB Mass Storage). There is a yellow icon with an exclamation point on it. If I go I am property states that the error Code 10 is the cause of the malfunction. Is this a problem of missing driver..?? Hope that you guys will help me soon.!!

Normally the yellow icon with an exclamation point indicates a wrong installation of drivers (or drivers if you prefer). Did you try to reinstall (you must have a CD with your removable devices). If not done an update of drivers from the manufacturer's website. Hope that doing this will help you definitely.
