Optiarc AD-7240S and Sony DRU-870S are the same?

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows XP operating system. I have a optical drive that is Pioneer 112d is almost worned. I am now looking out for a new drive so I searched out for Optiarc AD-7240s but it was not found but I could find Sony DRU-870S. I wanted to know whether that both are same. Please help.
