Firmware 1.04 for Plextor PX-B940

Recently i have purchased a new plextor so after i installed it i came to know that it was shipped with the Firmware 1.04 . I have heard the same case with a lot of other people. Can you tell me how to get the firmware downlgraded to 1.03 from 1.04. Any help in this matter would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Unfortunately there is no tool available to downgrade the Plextor firmware. You can do anything rather than the release of the plextor firmware updates. Since the Plextor products. You can try to visit the plextor website and there you can search for the plextor firmware update you may get it there if you are lucky enough.

I would suggest you to get rid of this situation the only solution possible is to write to the tech support of the Plextor. Since they are the only one who can provide some support. I have heard that the firmware updates would be released by the end of june this year. Hope that this helps you.
