    Jumpy cursor

    Hi all,

    My Toshiba laptop with a touch mouse cursor is always jumping up and down, not jump a stop, that is, move the mouse, there are two lines of characters jump from it passed. External mouse is useful, but are used to the touch, and want to continue to use. Please help for setting. Thanks in advance.

    Mouse interface, is usually poor contact or mouse key problem in itself lead. Also possible that the virus, the virus if there is no reason that you try another mouse, the basic is so woven and little wrong with me.Then I guess you touchpad sensor capacitor may have a problem, download a Synaptics, try the next correction.     If you use an external usb mouse then it is possible that you hit the mouse or mouse like the aging problem of another mouse. Another useless external mouse if you note the type is in your hand touched the touch screen is not clear if the touch screen can be turned off before the next test will know. Check and reply.

    First unplug the mouse cord and then plug the back to try. try to replace a mouse, such as updated after the mouse is still the same, it would first rule out the mouse itself a problem. If still does not work, then restart the computer, press f8 to try safe mode, and then killing poison! After the killing poison into the system, look at the yet? ?     Most of the mouse the mouse problem there own problems, needs to do another test on a computer, first rule out the mouse's own problems. If the reason for the system, please click system repair (repair system comes with the drive).
    (1) Boot into safe mode press f8 at the exit, select restart or shut down in the boot, you can enter the normal mode (fix registry).
    (2) If the failure continues, please use the system comes with the system restore, restore to you no time to repair the fault (if the failure to resume normal mode, please boot into safe mode press f8 to use System Restore).
    (3) If the fault persists, use the system disk repair, open a command prompt, enter sfc / scannow carriage return (sfc and / is a space between), insert the original system disk repair system, the system will automatically comparing repair.
