angry Bad Sectors on Solid State Drive \ Failed Backups

Backups keep on failing on my new SSD. I've had a lot of HDDs over the years but this is the first that failed within the first 3 months of use.

I can't backup anything with either Macrium Reflect or EASEUS Todo Backup because there's bad sectors. 40KB of faulty space is screwing everything up.

Is there a way to repair this? Can I backup my SSD without it crapping out, like 7Zip? And can it still be under warranty to be replaced?

SSD is Kingston SSDNow V Series SNV425-S2BD/64GB 2.5" Desktop Bundle 64GB SATA II Internal Solid State Drive (SSD).

Bought it in February so that I could save up for a new good rig, but this thing is pissing me off.

I think that you can easily relocate the bad sectors or bad blocks that have recently started in your SSD by using the software from the manufacturer's website but it's usually only a temporary fix since more and more will occur as time passes. So, it will be good if you go and replace it because it is still under warranty and no physical damage is done to it.
