Hey you are not able to print, because your there is problem in installing printer driver. Due to error message your printer driver installation does not start. In this case you have to install Windows 7 compatible driver on your computer to fix this problem. Now your your Printer driver installation program will asked you like whether you want to install network shard printer or you want to install a local printer. Now choose the appropriate option and complete the installation process.

This is a Windows 7 Executive character-mode STOP message. It indicates that a device queue was expected to be busy, but was not.
If this is the first time you have booted after installing new hardware, remove the hardware and boot again. Check the Microsoft Hardware Compatibility List to verify that the hardware and its drivers are compatible with Windows 7. For information about the hardware, contact the supplier. If you are installing Windows 7 for the first time, check the Windows 7 system requirements, including the amount of RAM and disk space required to load the operating system. Also, check the Hardware Compatibility List to verify that the system can run Windows 7. If Windows 7 is loaded and no new hardware has been installed, reboot with recovery options set to create a dump file. If the message continues to appear, select the Last Known Good option when you reboot. If there is no Last Known Good configuration, try using the Emergency Repair Disk. If you do not have an Emergency Repair Disk, contact your technical support group.

You have to use following steps to add a shard printer.
1.First click on the start button -> now go to Control Panel -> now open "Devices and Printers" option
2.Now click on the "Add a Printer" option.
3.Now choose "Add a local printer" option.
4.Now choose "Create a new port" -> select "Local Port" as the type of the port.
    5. Now in "Enter a port name" box type your address as in the following format:
\\[IP address of the host computer]\[The Share Name of the printer]
    And then press Next.
6.To finish the installation follow the installation. Select correct driver in the driver list while installation.

As per my knowledge you have to add Windows 7 compatible printer driver to the printer server to get rid out of this problem. You can do this using following steps.
1.First you have to install the driver on Windows 7 clients.
2.Now click on the start button -> go to search option and type "mmc"
3.Now click on the File -> now select Add/Remove Snap-in.
4.Noe add "Print Management" option. Now select "Specify the printer server".
    5. Now open "Printer Management"->Now go to "Printer Servers"->Now go to "Drivers".
6.Now right click on it and then select "Add a driver" option.
7.Now follow the instructions for adding Windows 7 printer driver.
After this driver will added into the server.

I don't know whether it is working or not, but just try it.
I think your are using Async RPC with your Windows 7 and that's why you are getting such type of problem. I think this is the reason behind blank driver tab and port tab. In this case you have to disable Async RPC to fix this problem. You can do this by adding ollowing registry key on the Windows 7:

    Code:
    HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers\EnabledProtocols

    Type: DWORD

    Data: 6

Just want to say that Rawko is correct. The registry entry will fix the issue if you are using a Windows 2003 print server. I ended up just creating a second print server using Windows 2008 R2 server which will also work.
