The best way to prevent the hidden costs that is involved in printing is to assess the cost of printing per page. That is easily done if you know the price of replacing the printer that is used in particular, and the number of pages of the replacement unit can print comfortably. In considering this one should be careful not to fall into a brand cartridge with a lower price because it always pays in the long run to calculate the cost per print before deciding on a cartridge.
