Logitech QuickCam Orbit MP driver versions not supported

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have purchased a Logitech Quickcam Orbit Mp. I have installed the drivers for the same in order to cope with the system. It works fine but the problem is that when I try to install any versions for the same it is unable to work out. I have no idea what could be the reason. Please help. Thank you.

The issue that the versions of the driver is not able to install to the system as there may be some issue related to the application driver that you are getting downloaded from. It could be that some bugs might be appended to the same so it is necessary that you try to get another copy of the applications in order to work out well with the same. This might help.

The compatibility for the versions of the driver that you are installing is a must in order to make it functionable. You need to check out that the application that you are installing is able to cope with the operating system that you are using, This would then help in sorting the issue that you are facing. So do check out for the same. It would then help you out.

In order to make the things workable you can install the compatibility tools or get the versions of the drivers from the official website of Logitech and install it under the compatibility mode. You can install compatibility tools for Windows Xp or Vista under Windows 7 from the compatibility center. This would then enable the versions of the application that you install to inherit the features from the tools that is been installed.

Try to install the application under safe mode. This would then help in making the versions of the application that you install to get installed to the system. As safe mode option do not have advanced features embedded that would be an obstacle for the same. You can make things to get worked under the same. So do look out for it you may get a better conclusion.

Re: Logitech QuickCam Orbit MP driver versions not supported

The problem is generally as the application is not at all supported by Windows 7 for the features and services that you are trying to install. It is not provided for the same. You need to make the things to work out under Windows Xp or Vista so that it may then function well. You can use the compatibility tools or downgrade the system. It is because your operating system may be 64bit version. It works on 32bit.
