sad Need BIOS class data recovery techniques

Hi all,

My graphics card is PCI, and in the BIOS screen after i have been damaged will be the black one, because the root zone BOIS only supports ISA cards. The root zone BIOS bootable floppy disk to perform the AUTOEXEC.BAT. So I need BOIS class data recovery techniques. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

Need BOIS class data recovery techniques

You need to get new BOIS chip and contact the motherboard manufacturer to see if they can provide BOIS chip. Some producers are free of charge. Contact sell computer-related chip companies, such as Unicore Software or Midco Computers. With another can be a normal use of the BOIS chip to replace the current damaged the chip, while the normal BOIS chip and damage the motherboard must be kept consistent. In normal chip machine should first "System BOIS cache able" set to ENABLE, enter the DOS, put the normal chips pulled out, with damage to the chip to replace, and then you can properly upgrade BOIS. All the best.

BOIS motherboard issue

The method applies to Intel motherboards. The Flash Recovery jumper on the recovery mode position, the bootable floppy disk into the BOIS upgrade, start the machine. Because of not being covered by the root zone BOIS does not support PCI graphics card on the screen then nothing. Through the whistle sound and floppy LED to observe. When the machine sound a bit, and then the floppy disk's LED light when the system is being upgraded BOIS. When the floppy disk's LED lights turned off, the instructions to restore has been completed, shut down. The jumper back to the default location, re-start continue to recover. All the best.

BOIS motherboard issue

You can also be more familiar with our Debug to restore the factory BOIS values as follows:
1. For the AMI / Award BOIS:
C: \ DEBUG (in pure DOS, not Windows inside DOS window)
-0 70 17 -0 71 17 Q 2.
2. For the Phoenix BOIS
C: / DEBUG (in pure DOS, not Windows inside DOS window)

Check and reply.

BIOS motherboard issue

BIOS is the system included, and not have access to the disk in the computer program the basic functions of the machine before the decision of the software system. On the PC case, BIOS contains the keyboard, display screen, disk drives, serial communications equipment and many other features of the code. In general, BIOS stored in the ROM chip on the motherboard, ensuring BOIS general availability and will not damage the disk errors. It also ensures that the machine be able to start. Because RAM is faster than the ROM, many machine manufacturers to design BIOS boot the machine from the ROM are copied to the RAM to run, this technology also known as shadowing. All the best.
