The printer spooler was unable to connect to your printer

    Hi,

I have an HP Deskjet 6620 that has been working normally until now. I can see that the printer is connected to the network as shown in the HP software but I get The error message, "The print spooler was unable to connect to your printer. This can be caused by your printer being turned off, the cable being unplugged, or by being connected to a VPN, which will block your access to your local network. Your document will print when the printer becomes available." How should I resolve this error ????

Check the printer status. This occurs in windows 2003 server using HP printers via TCP / IP. To resolve this problem change the port HP printer TCP / IP to the printer standard TCP / IP then delete the original. To do this, create a new port, and put in the printer's IP. Select HP Jet Direct network card as if it isn't auto detected.

Check all connections between the HP Deskjet 6620 printer and the outlet. Make sure all connections are secure and safe, then try printing again. Also, if you are printing from a virtual private network (VPN), the print job may fail. Try the print job from the computer that is connected directly to the Hp printer. Or uninstall the software and reinstall it again.

This problem usually occurs when the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) assigns an IP address for the product that is different from the direction of original research product. The print spooler, which sends print jobs from the computer with the product, try to find the source IP address. When the spooler can not find the print job (because the original IP address change), the print job fails.

If you see some system messages as "Spooler Subsystem App has encountered a problem ..." or "The operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not running" is the probability bifg that has broken its queue. Spool can be broken due to 3 most popular reasons: 1. The printer driver incompatibility. It happened when you begin the installation of new printer drivers of the old uninstalled. Accident accident spooler service. You have malware on your computer.
