Hi,

I have hp photosmart c5288 All-in-One printer with windows xp running on my pc. But from few days before it has stop printing from non usb port and it keeps on giving me "Error Situation Code 16255569 ". I tried everything hp support said, like stopping all services on startup but I still get error message. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !!!

To remove Hp Error Situation Code 16255569, you need to uninstall the software and reinstall it again. Insert the hp photosmart c5288 software CD into the CD drive of your computer.
