| Hp Error Situation Code 16255569
Hi, I have hp photosmart c5288 All-in-One printer with windows xp running on my pc. But from few days before it has stop printing from non usb port and it keeps on giving me "Error Situation Code 16255569 ". I tried everything hp support said, like stopping all services on startup but I still get error message. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !!! |

| Re: Hp Error Situation Code 16255569 To remove Hp Error Situation Code 16255569, you need to uninstall the software and reinstall it again. Insert the hp photosmart c5288 software CD into the CD drive of your computer. If the Welcome Screen opens, click Cancel or Exit. On the Windows taskbar, press Start, and then press Run. Opens the Run window. In the Run window, press Browse. Then Go to the CD on your computer (you can find the CD, click My Computer, usually), click the file and then press Open. Double-click the Utilities folder, then double click the folder CCC. A list of files on the CD software displays. Double-click the file Uninstall_L3.bat. Opens the Run window again, with the path to the file that appears Uninstall_L3.bat. Press OK to start the uninstall and level three, then follow the onscreen instructions. |

To resolve error, try deleting temporary files. 1. On the Windows taskbar, press Start, press Run, then type% temp% in the Open box. 2. press Edit and then press Select All. 3. Under File and Folder Tasks, press Delete selected items. |

HP is compatible with USB cables less than 6 meters (17 feet, 5 inches) long. However, a USB cable is 6 meters (17 feet 5 inches) long must be of high quality. Otherwise, HP recommends using a USB cable that is less than 3 meters (4 feet 5 inches). Do not use patch cables to increase the length of an existing cable. Use a USB hub if you need more length. |

| Re: Hp Error Situation Code 16255569 Try the following steps to solve Error Situation Code 16255569 : 1. Don't turn the printer off, unplug the cable USB the rear of the device. 2. Remove the cartridge from the device. 3. Wait until the message " Insert cartridges "Appears on the control panel. 4. Unplug the power cord from the back of the device. 5. Wait 60 seconds. 6. Reconnect the power cord. If the device does not turn on automatically, press the Power button ( ). 7. Reinsert the cartridges, then close any door that might open the device. 8. Reconnect cable USB behind the device, then try printing again. |
