| Sound card not supporting Soundmax 5.1 speakers
I am having the desktop computer system which has the integrated sound card and this desktop has the Windows 7 operating system installed. The issue is that this sound card is not supporting Soundmax 5.1 speakers connected to my computer system. I can hear the sound from four speakers but one speaker is not working. Provide me the solution for this problem. |

You are having the desktop computer system which has the integrated sound card and you are having the Soundmax 5.1 speakers for this computer system. You have the Soundmax SM-919B55.1 Multimedia speaker. The issue which you are facing is, you are not able to hear the sound from all the 5 speakers of this soundmax 5.1 speakers. The 4 speakers are working properly and sound is not coming from one speaker. I think this may be the connection issue. So remove all the connection and do it again properly. |

I think this is the setting issue from the computer system for the 5.1 speakers. I think you have not set the sound output mode for the 5.1 speaker, you are still using the 2.1 speaker output mode in the system. So go to the sound settings and make it proper and select the 5.1 surround sound speakers for the audio output. After that restart the computer system and by doing this the problem will be resolved. |

You are saying that the integrated sound card of your desktop computer system is not delivering the sound output from all the 5 speakers in the 5.1 speakers connected to your computer system. So i think first of all you should check that this sound card supports the 5.1 surround sound speakers or not. If this sound card does not supports then you should add the new sound card in your computer system which should support the 5.1 surround sound speaker. |

I think this issue can occur if you are using some other software for controlling the audio devices connected to your desktop computer system other then the default windows sound application then may be this problem is from that software. If you are using the software like Realtek HD Audio or any other then check out the settings from that software. If it is not proper then make it proper by selecting the 5.1 channel output. |

If still you are not getting the sound output from all the speakers of the Soundmax SM-919B55.1 Multimedia speaker then i think may be the speakers itself is not working. I will advice you to check the speakers with other devices which supports the 5.1 speaker like DVD player or with some other computer system. If not working with other devices also then you should change the speakers. |
