Lenovo C300 all in one desktop webcam not working

I am having the Lenovo C300 all in one desktop which comes with the inbuilt webcam. This desktop initially loaded with the Windows XP operating system. Recently i have upgraded the operating system of this desktop from Windows XP to the Windows 7. This desktop is working properly except the webcam. The webcam is not working of Lenovo C300 all in one desktop in windows 7 operating system.

There is webcam issue in the all in one desktop computer that you are having. You have the Lenovo C300 all in one desktop which has the integrated 1.3 MP webcam and initially loaded with the Windows XP operating system. This webcam problem is started after you upgraded the operating system to the Windows 7 operating system. I think you have not installed the driver software of the webcam for the Windows 7 operating system.

As you have upgraded the operating system of the Lenovo C300 all in one desktop from Windows XP to the Windows 7, you will have to install the driver software for the webcam of this desktop compatible with the Windows 7 operating system. You may be having the driver software disc of this all in one desktop for the windows 7 operating system if it is provided with the desktop. So install the disc in the DVD Rom and install the drivers properly.

Go to the website and support section. Search for the driver software for the Lenovo C300 all in one desktop compatible with the Windows 7 operating system. You can directly update the driver software for the webcam of the Lenovo C300 all in one desktop without downloading it to your computer system but for this you must be connected to the internet. For doing this go to the device manager of the system , right click on the webcam and select the "update driver software option". The system will automatically find the compatible driver software and install it is the system.
