Lost a drive!

I had a problem with my laptop (Packard Bell Easynote R1938) so it had to be restored. I managed to get all the necessarydrivers but I seem to have lost a drive.

I a,not very experienced in drives so I dont know the make or anything- all I know is that I had a c:/, d:/ and e:/ and now I dont! I have looked in BIOS and it says Floppy Drive - NONE. But apart from that I dont know what to do!

Can you help me at all cos at the minute I cant back up.

Kerry

Cannot find drive

It seems that your hard drive is not being detected because of which you are facing such kind of issue, in that case i would suggest you to check out it's power cable and it's connection and after that check it out in BIOS does your hard drive is being detected or not ?
