Need new ROM for the Dell Studio XPS 8000 desktop

I am having the Dell Studio XPS 8000 desktop and i am facing the problem with the DVD ROM drive of this desktop computer system and i think the ROM is not working properly.So i want new ROM for the Dell Studio XPS 8000 desktop. Suggest me some new and good ROM for my dell computer system. Also provide the details of some ROM over here.
