Want to know about SphereTouch mouse.

Hi, I am using this computer from last 3 and half year and have changed the 3 mouses for this computer. I have installed windows 7 on this computer and I am going to buy the fourth mouse for my computer but this time i have heard bit uniqueness regarding the mouse design.
