There can be a possibility that the driver may ave been installed but the system is not able to cope with the same. This could be because the drivers may not be updated and is hence not able to support the operating system that you use. So update the drivers for the same. You could get the updated drivers from the official site of he manufacturer. So do check out.

Try installing the drivers in safe mode option. This may help in making the device to work out well the. This is because it may be that the driver may not support in Windows 7 operating system as the features are highly sophisticated and this may result in improper installation. So execute the system in safe mode and then install the related drivers. This should make the device to enable the webcam to get connected.

The issue could also be with the port if the system into which you are connecting the device. This device needs USB 2.0 connectivity port and it would be that the port into which you are trying to connect the device has no connectivity for the same. So it would be better that you connect the device to the back panel of the system as it has USB 2.0 connectivity port. So connect and then look for the conclusion.

Install the compatibility tools for Windows Xp and Windows Vista under Windows 7. This is because it may that the driver application is not supported by the operating system that you use and hence it would be better that you install the tools as it may help you to process with the application and the device using the operating system that is downgraded in the same. Look out for the same.
