Dell Photoprinter 720 not able to install

Hi. I have a dell desktop machine and it is been upgraded with Windows 7 operating system. I have purchased a Dell Photoprinter 720. The problem is it used to work well before but after upgradation it has stopped responding to the queries that is been put and is not able to install. Why is this happening? Please hlep me out. * Under the selective startup tab choose Hide all Microsoft services.
* Disable the services.
* Restart the system.
